12 Volt and  230v Mains Safety checks including Appliances.

RCD & Sockets Tested .

Comprehensive Damp Check & Report.

Carbon Monoxide Check.

External bodywork including awning rails and seals.Roof area checked including areas for potential water ingression i.e aerials & Solar Panels and ensuring items are secure.

All windows , Blinds , Internal Lights checked.

Chassis Checks, Including Drum brakes and hitch-coupling, running gear, corner steadies & Tyres. Where relevant lubricants applied.

*Includes check of motor mover if fitted*
